Becoming that book girlie

I always struggled with reading books. I would either never finish a book, or not even bother starting it.
But that didn’t keep me from buying more books…

I would buy one after another, always with the intention of reading it, thinking this time will be different, this time I’ll finally have the determination, but that never happened.

So my shelf has become kind of a book cemetery.

Until I decided enough’s enough. I have to figure out how to finally do what I want to do. Even though it’s hard, I have to find a way.

And so my self-development-obsessed self thought: why not kill two birds with one stone?
1. figure out how to become a book reader, and
2. share the whole journey online.

This also solves my months-long dilemma of “there’s too much I could talk about online, so where do I even start??”.

So follow along as I embark on a journey of becoming a book girlie 👩🏻‍🏫.
This won’t be a mere task to check off - this will be a whole identity change. And I will share everything.

So let’s see what happens. 😊
